Pantene Bloggers Makeover Tea Party

2 weeks after the Pantene 14 Days Hair Transformation challenge (read the review here), yours truly along with a few other beauty bloggers who too, agreed to take on the challenge, were invited to this party P&G kindly arranged at Hair Atelier in Jaya One, where we ladies were treated like princesses queens. Haha. 

We were pampered like no one else's business - manicure, hair wash and treatment using Pantene Pro-V Total Care products, hair styling, head, shoulder and neck massage (super ticklish, I almost burst out laughing), and a make up makeover not forgetting the tea time treats - coffee and pretty cupcakes.

I feel really stupid for not taking many pictures. Well, it was my first time attending events of such so I was a little... shy hehehe. The thing I like about blogging is meeting new people and getting opportunities from the kindest  of all kind people you get to know through blogging. Like an opportunity to attend such a fun party like this! :)

For the makeup makeover, honestly I didn't put high expectations but the girl did quite a decent job for my  eye makeup.

Lo and behold... Ee Von wearing false lashes!!!

Anyone who knows me well enough knows I don't wear false lashes but for that day, I see everybody wearing I also wanted to *kiasu* hahahaha! It felt uncomfortable at first (as usual) but not too long after that I actually forgot I was wearing false lashes! Until the ends started to come off about 3 hours later... urm lousy lash glue.

But yeah I actually really like how it looks in pictures. And the fact that the makeup artist glue it at the right position to have me not feel a thing after!

Ok apart from all that, I didn't like the way she did my brows (too dark for my taste) and she didn't conceal my undereye circles. Ok sorry I'm very fussy like that.

The hair wash and massage was pretty self explanatory. It's the styling that changes the image!

The stylist curled my hair for me. While I love the curls and everything else is pretty voluminous, I didn't like how the crown of my head looks uber flat. That's why now I have bangs! Lets leave this to another entry :) But it's nice to know that even though my hair was blow dried and curled with a curling iron, it didn't feel fried at all! Still all bouncy and fluffy hehe.

We also got to do some manicure but because I was the last to get my nails done, I can kinda see the nail sifu a little impatient as it was quite late already so I only asked for a plain, sheer pink. Nothing fancy, so no pictures.

Overall, it was a very... 'refreshing' experience for me meeting all the great beauty bloggers in person. Thanks to Yvonne, Jone and Hair Atelier for the party!
