New toys + FOTD

I got myself a new desk lamp!

It's a Panasonic and it's pink! Lol. Ok not that I'm excited because it's pink, but I'm excited because I absolutely love how simple and cute the design is! It doesn't take up too much space, has a flexible arm and the fluorescent light doesn't flicker! The fluorescent isn't blue either, it's white and is perfect for photographs! If you've read my post ranting about my camera not taking pictures with true colours, you'll know why I feel even more excited about this new lamp! =D And also the fact that the pink shade is not a bright or one that screams "I'M PINK!".

And the best part is I didn't have to pay for it! Well, I wanted to but the bf's mom insisted on not taking my money so... :) The story is, I saw this lamp in the mall and almost wanted to get it before the bf said his mom know someone who owns a Panasonic shop so she might be able to get it at a cheaper price which... is true. Almost everything in the bf's house is Panasonic lol! Anyway, It wasn't a lot cheaper but who doesn't love discounts right?

This model also comes in 3 other different colours - blue, white and green. It's called the LoveEye Inverter Desk Lamp, model code is SQT 998 if anyone is interested :) It costs RM 159.99 at Jusco, but I believe the price varies depending on where you buy it from. However I think it's only available in Asia as the flyer I took was in Japanese, and when I Googled everything came out in Chinese...

Anyway, I've gotten a bit more things from the MAC In the Groove collection!
