Spring Green with a pop of Purple Makeup Tutorial

Since I love love love colours, I did this requested look! Not that I have many requests anyway hahaha.

So I was requested to do a look using the NYX Ultra Pearl Mania in Jade Pearl which is a shimmery bright green. After experimenting for a while I decided to go with this technique.

Eyes/Looks Of The Days

Some looks that I did during the period which I've been too busy to post an entry or make a video.

Didn't really do much for this actually, only eyeliner, black mascara and highlighted the inner corners. The trick (lol) is circle lenses, pink blush and pink lippie =)

 

Was experimenting with some golds and purples and came up with this using the CS 88 matte palette.

Didn't really like the gold and purple (previous look) so I tried using some other products but similar colours. Used a total of 3 colours here, from 3 different brands. Colour didn't show up that well in the pictures cos I used my phone. There's a champagne colour on the lid, a violet-maroon across the crease and a dark maroon at the outer V.

 

Full MAC eye makeup. Used Tilt, Contrast, Satin Taupe, Smoking and Phloof!. Somehow Tilt didn't turn out as good on my lids, as it looks in the pot =/

Attempted on a more neutral look using soft browns and flesh tone beige on the lids. Peachy pink cheeks didn't really match it though. Wrong attempt haha.

That's all! Now that everything's done and settled, hopefully I'll have more stuffs to post up here!

MAC Love Lace Collection 2009

Another collection for winter. Might not even be available in Malaysia. Bleh. There are some things that I kinda like.

All stuffs are in their regular packaging. First, 4 eye shadowss.

 

Love Lace and Hypnotizing sound good. Next, 3 Kohl Power eye pencils.

I'm not a fan of dark kohl eye pencils. My eye lids and lash lines get super oily so these pencils usually will get smudged by the end of the day. Next, 1 Eye Kohl.

This is part of their permanent products. I think I might get this. Next, Zoom Lash mascara.

I talked about how much I like this mascara in one of my monthly favourites videos. I might get this too but I'm still contemplating between this or the Zoom Fast Black Lash cos it claims to be darker than Zoom Lash in Zoomblack. Next, faux eye lashes in 44.

I'm not so much of a faux lashes kinda person. Wearing contacts already makes me feel uncomfortable. What more, a pair of faux eye lashes. Next, an eye brow pencil in Stud.

Never been a fan of their eye brow pencils cos the tip is so fine, its really hard to work with. The down side to it is, I dropped it only once and the twister broke. What a bummer. Next, 2 lipsticks and 2 tinted lipglasses.

I love both colours!!!

I definitely am not interested in Utterly Discrete cos I've never been a fan of dark lip colours but I want want want Icescape! From the description and the picture of the swatch, it is quite similar to one of the lipglosses in Preciousness which came out with the Baroque Boudoir collection

I wanted to get it but it was sold out =( so I ended up getting another colour. Damn Icescape is not part of the permanent line. Ok lastly, 1 nail lacquer.

Which is kinda nice but not getting it cos my nails have to be short all the time so light colours like that will not work on me.

Quite a nice collection I'd say although some of the products are already in the permanent line but some of the limited edition ones are being repromoted so that's good.

I've been super duper trooper looper busy. I seriously can't wait to get everything done and start playing with makeup again. I am so busy that I don't even have the time to properly do my skin routine and I'm starting to breakout again =( Anyway, the number of subscribers have reached a little more than 200 and that's an achievement! =)

MAC Warm & Cozy Collection for Winter 2009

Another collection? Lol.

Seriously, I hate it when they release more than 1 collection in a month itself. I'm just a poor, poor soul...

I'm not even sure if this collection's gonna be released in Malaysia since there's no winter in Malaysia. But anyhow, it's not that I'm interested in any of the products cos it just seem like their regular products, only added some "limited edition" colours. Since there's a better place to read about it, I shall not talk about it here. Click here to read.

I still haven't gotten the time (and money huhu T_T) to check out the Baroque Boudoir Collection. I even missed out on the Mischief Makers stuffs. I shall wait patiently...

On another note, I am finally back with the internet!!! After serving us so well for a good 3 years, my router finally met its end so I was internet-less for about a week. Managed to get a new one yesterday and finally I'm back!

Oh since I'm here, let me just whine a little. I'm definitely not saying a lot of people are subscribed to me but I do notice that people unsubscribe. Honestly, I don't see any reason to why people first subscribe and then unsubscribe except them wanting me to subscribe back. Which I find kind of annoying. Why would I subscribe to people I wouldn't even watch their videos? Unless they kindly asked me to, or they make videos that interest me, I most probably would subscribe otherwise, I would just thank them because I have manners like that. Oh wait, maybe the people who unsubscribed are those who 'kindly' asked me to subsribe to them at first and then when I already did they just unsubscribed? I dunno.

How I wish YT has the option of letting me know who the heck unsubscribed.
